WRITING & EXPRESSIONS FROM KATHRYN

Getting to know the walls...

The leaders already amongst us...

How may languages do you hold?

Dear Humanity,

Getting to know the walls.

The walls of a household.

The walls of a school.

The walls of a community.

The walls of organizations and systems.

Their similarities. Their differences...

The leaders already amongst us...

How may languages do you hold?

Dear Humanity,

How many languages do you hold?

We can probably count the number across cultures… but can we name and count the ones that are the quieter, more subtle ones that tend to show up in the essence, the expression of you… of us? Language is yet another part of you that has been studied and learned for 4,000 years…and yet, human expression, your greatest power, has only been formally studied for the past hundred years.

The leaders already amongst us...

The leaders already amongst us...

Dear Humanity,

There are people among us who feel you at a different frequency. People who notice when something is missing before it becomes a crisis. People who move toward care, expression, meaning, and connection even when there are no metrics, no accolades, and no obvious path to justify why.

A Return to the Heart...

From theories to living fields...

Meet me in the forest...

Dear Humanity,

It is astonishing what the heart of you endures, individually and collectively.

All of the noise, the fragmentation, the push and pull of trying to be understood by others, by systems, by structures. And yet, when all of that noise is peeled back, your heart, the human heart, is always there. Perhaps the surface is a bit bruised, but at the core: untouched.

A reminder of what a gift it is to be human, to have the ongoing invitation to explore our innate capacities and potential. So why do we keep slicing and segmenting that heart of you?
